Candace McCaddon, Managing Attorney

Candace has 15 years' experience helping clients with technology transactions, as well as information security, intellectual property, and privacy matters. Candace spent the first 5 years of her legal career at the global law firms, Duane Morris LLP and Howrey LLP (formerly Arnold, White & Durkee). She spent the next decade in-house at various Fortune 100 companies in the energy, chemical, and engineering and construction industries, including Bechtel, Phillips 66, BASF, and Fluor. Candace launched her own law firm in 2023. Now Candace and her network of experienced lawyers help companies with their technology and information security-related contracting needs and operations.
